Alan Regardin is a french musician and composer based in Nantes. His work explores the nature of sound and its vibratory spaces within the realm of experimental music, notably through the use of specific tuning systems. Alan Regardin’s music evolves in a minimalist and contemplative style, conducive to introspection. He explores the relationship between electronics and acoustics in compositions that evoke a sense of slowness.

Alongside his personal work, he plays and collaborates with numerous ensembles and artists such as Derby Derby, No Tongues, l’Onceim … and has participated in concerts in many venues and festivals, taking him to Europe, South America, the Middle East and North Africa. His piece « Ritual Tones » was notably performed by l’Onceim at the Musica Festival in Strasbourg. Regardin also collaborates as a composer on projects involving dance and theater.

He has also been a practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine for several years and seeks to create connections between care and sound.
